About Phil

Phil was born and raised in middle Tennessee near Clarksville. He’s lived in Johnson City, Tennessee for nearly 40 years, raising his family there. As a physician, Phil ran a successful medical practice in Johnson City for over 30 years, delivering nearly 5,000 babies. He served our country as a Captain in the Army's 2nd Infantry Division.
